Staying Safe is a 90-minute interactive session designed for people with disability.
Through discussion and videos, participants learn how to recognise abuse, speak up, and get help when something doesn’t feel right.

- How to stay safe in your home, workplace, services, and community
- What abuse and neglect look like — and why they are never okay
- How to speak up and ask for help
- Who to contact and where to find support
Who It Is For
This workshop is for:
- People with disability
- Staff and supporters — are encouraged to attend to help continue the conversation and provide ongoing support

- Clear, accessible information about different types of abuse
- Take-home resources with contact details for support services
- A safe, supportive environment where questions are welcomed
