Since joining VALID in 2011, she’s played a key role in the VALID Connect team — delivering training, facilitating consultations and focus groups, and supporting peer advocates to speak up on national and international platforms.
Zoe is a strong believer in the power of inclusion, natural supports, and helping people build meaningful connections within their communities. Her background spans residential services, day programs, supported employment, and training — giving her a well-rounded perspective on what truly makes a difference.
She’s also highly skilled in creating Easy Read and plain language resources that support empowerment, self-advocacy, and clearer communication for all.
